Today (15.1.2014), being 17 years old, he is a member of the 2013 World Junior Short Track Team and comes in at number two on the U.S. Short Track National.

The number of days per week Aaron goes to skating practice, which is in addition to his gym workouts.
Exercise:
Aaron does a lot of plyometric, agility, and core exercises.
Diet:
He sticks to food that is higher in protein and carbs, and he stays away from junk food.
